Ameriflex Diaphragm Coupling
Ameridrives Ameriflex diaphragm couplings offer a high torque capacity with relatively small diameter and light weight. These couplings are maintenance-free and are designed for infinite life when installed and aligned properly.

Flexxor Coupling
Coupling Corporation of America’s Flexxor diaphragm couplings are extremely flexible and perform exceptionally in high-speed and high-torque applications. CCA uses a unique holed diaphragm design, which has been refined over 50 years. Flexxor couplings require no lubrication or maintenance and are dynamically balanced.
Torque range: 144 to 9,624,000 lb-in (16 to 1,087,372 Nm)

Form-Flex Couplings
TB Wood’s Form-Flex disc couplings feature all metal construction and require no lubrication. This gives them a long operating life and high torsional stiffness. Special materials and coatings are available to protect the coupling in corrosive environments.
Torque range: 300 to 4,000,000 lb-in (33 to 451,939 Nm)

SU Disc Couplings
Lovejoy SU type industrial disc couplings consist of two hubs and one disc pack, so it’s only suitable for angular and axial misalignment. No lubrication or maintenance is required, and there are no wear parts, so infinite life is possible when properly aligned.
Torque range: 2,100 to 650,500 lb-in (240 to 73,500 Nm)

SX Disc Couplings
Lovejoy SX type industrial disc couplings are similar to type SU, but have two disc packs. This gives two flex planes, allowing them to also accommodate parallel misalignment. These couplings are torsionally rigid and transfer torque without backlash.
Torque range: 2,100 to 1,947,000 lb-in (240 to 220,000 Nm)

Torsiflex-i Disc Coupling
Ameridrives Torsiflex-i disc couplings are designed specifically for process pumps, and can also be used in general industrial applications. Their drop-in spacer design allows for easy installation without moving the hubs. A zinc phosphate coating is standard, with other materials and coatings also available. The Torsiflex-i can be paired with Torsi-Lock hubs for an easy, mechanical interference fit.
Torque range: 199 to 88,510 lb-ft (269 to 120,000 Nm)

UltraFlexx Coupling
