1400 Series Cable Reel

Conductix-Wampfler’s 1400 Series PowerReel spring-driven cable reel features rugged all-steel construction. These reliable cable reels will provide long service life with little or no maintenance. A ratchet mechanism locks the cable at the desired length and can be disabled if desired.

Available cable length: 20 to 80 ft (6.1 to 24.38 m)

Typical applications: Overhead hoists, truck cranes, extendable conveyors

1900-2400 Series Cable Reel

Conductix-Wampfler 1900 Series and 2400 Series PowerReel spring-driven cable reels are built to NEMA 4 standards for indoor or outdoor use. The two-piece cable roller guide has a mounting range of 345 degrees. The cable reel’s spring motor canister is sealed and lubricated for life.

Typical applications: Overhead cranes and hoists, truck cranes, automated material handling

C-Rail Festoon System

Conductix-Wampfler C-Rail festoon systems can be used indoors or outdoors. Tracks should be straight, or only partially curved. Special explosion-proof versions are available.

Cellular Bumpers

Conductix-Wampfler cellular bumpers/buffers are made from a polyurethane elastomer. They have high absorption capacity with long compression lengths, resulting in good deceleration values.

Heavy Load (HL) Cable Reel

Conductix-Wampfler’s Heavy Load (HL) Series motor-driven cable reel are corrosion-protected to stand up to the toughest environments. These cable reels are designed for 5 year or 15,000 hour operation before any maintenance is required.

Hevi-Bar II Conductor Bar

Conductix-Wampfler Hevi-Bar II conductor bar is designed to last for the life of your equipment. It uses surface area to dissipate heat and can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Optional Dura-Coat finish provides protection in corrosive environments.

High Dynamic (HD) Cable Reel

Conductix-Wampfler High Dynamic (HD) Series motor-driven cable reel has highly efficient components and low starting inertia. Its sophisticated speed and torque control is ideal for highly dynamic operations.

I-Beam Festoon System

Conductix-Wampfler I-Beam festoon systems are designed to hold up in tough environments. Trolleys are available for both flat and round cables. For high speed or heavy cable applications, Conductix manufactures motorized cable trolleys.

Insul 8 8-bar Conductor Bar

Conductix-Wampfler Insul 8 8 Bar conductor bar is the original 8 bar system. The bars can be bent to a tighter radius than most other sytems and are quick and easy to install.

L40 Series Radio Remote Control

Conductix-Wampfler’s L40 Series radio remote control is a belly box style transmitter. It has dual joysticks, 5 speeds, and up to 8 motions. The transmitter is very light, weighing only 1.9 lb (0.86 kg) with batteries.

L8 Series Radio Remote Control

Conductix-Wampfler L8 Series radio remote controls are intended for single-speed applications where three motions (i.e. hoist, trolley, and bridge) are required. The L8 is available for either AC or DC operation and uses two AA batteries.

Lasstec Container Weighing Systems

Conductix-Wampfler’s LASSTEC container weighing system complies with the new SOLAS regulation. The system uses sensors in each twistlock of a spreader so that weight can be measured without interrupting work flow. LASSTEC can be installed on new systems or is easily retrofit. In addition to container weight, the system also detects load eccentricity and snags.

RhinoReel Cable Reel

The RhinoReel spring-driven cable reel from Conductix Wampfler is designed for the most demanding mill applications. It uses linear springs rather than traditional clock springs, resulting in longer life and a smooth, linear torque curve. This longer life translates to less downtime and lower cost of ownership.

Rubber Bumpers

Safe-Lec 2 Conductor Bar

Conductix-Wampfler Safe-Lec 2 conductor bar is rugged and easy to install. The shoes are guided by a v-contact in the bar, and the collector arm articulates through a wide range of motion to keep the shoe in contact with the rail. Safe-Lec 2 is insulated for IP2 “”finger safe”” operation.

Series 80 Push Button Pendandts

Conductix-Wampfler Series 80 push button pendants has a high-impact NEMA 4X rated case and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. It can accommodate from 2 to 12 buttons, or up to 24 buttons in a duplex arrangement. Neoprene booted buttons seal out dirt and moisture.
